Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Other Territories:

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to the following locations: Guam, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, or other territories, such as Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), US Virgin Islands (VI), Armed Forces Americas (AA), Armed Forces Europe (AE), Palau (PW), and Armed Forces Pacific (AP). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Shipping to Canada & Australia:

At the moment we don’t ship to Canada because we don’t have a warehouse in Canada. But for  Australia, we can ship there and offer free shipping.

Tax / VAT:

Please note that any applicable Tax / VAT is the buyer's responsibility, not Vretti's. These charges are imposed during customs clearance based on the shipping destination's regulations.

Standard Processing

Vretti exclusively ships to addresses within the 48 states of the United States. International shipping is also available but buyers need to pay for shipping fee according to the courier’s quotation.Besides, we do not ship to APO/FPO post office boxes or P.O. Box addresses.Please note that orders placed during regular business hours are typically processed and shipped within 24hrs. We also reserve the right to conduct a security review. If your order is affected, we will notify you within 30 days.

Tracking Your Packages

Rest assured, we will provide you with one or more tracking numbers via the confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This enables you to easily track the progress and delivery status of your package.

Canceling an Order

You have the flexibility to cancel your order at any time before it is processed at our center by emailing us. However, please be aware that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
